The data you already have. Finally working together.

We audit every platform in your marketing stack and consolidate what you already have into a single warehouse. One retainer keeps it honest.

From $5,000. No further commitment.

every platform pipes to one warehouse

The problem

Your marketing data doesn't agree. Here's why that's costing you more than you think.

Web Analytics says

Sessions 42,318
Conversions 1,204
Revenue $847K

CRM says

Leads 38,612
MQLs 2,890
Revenue $1.2M
01

The ops lead spends fifteen hours a week manually reconciling spreadsheets.

Two systems, one customer, zero overlap. Every Friday is copy-paste, vlookups, and emails asking "whose numbers are right?"

02

The CMO walks in with numbers nobody can verify.

When budgets tighten, marketing is the first to get cut, not because it isn't working, but because the data can't defend itself.

03

Last-click credits the receipt and ignores the funnel.

Attribution credits the final touchpoint and ignores everything that built demand in the first place. You're paying for the whole funnel and only measuring the receipt.

What we mean

One warehouse. Every source. Here's how it comes together.

01

Audit the stack.

We map every platform, every pipe, every data handoff. CRM, ads, analytics, email: if it touches your marketing data, we find it and scope what needs to be built.

02

Pipe the streams.

Every platform (CRM, ads, web analytics, email) gets an automated extraction pipeline. No more CSV exports, no more Friday-afternoon copy-paste.

03

Model the truth.

Raw data turns into dimensional models. Anonymous clicks get stitched to known contacts, and multi-touch attribution replaces last-click guesswork.

04

Ship one dashboard.

The CMO gets numbers the whole exec team trusts. The CFO can trace every dollar, and the ops lead gets their week back.

Why us

More capability for less cost. With no silos.

Vs. an internal hire

A full team for less than one senior hire.

We understand how marketing ops works and how to build the data infrastructure underneath it. For less than the cost of one senior engineer, you get both. We don't need months to learn your stack.

Vs. off-the-shelf pipelines

They move data. We make it usable.

Those tools just move raw data from point A to point B. We build the transformation logic, the attribution models, and the dashboards that turn it into something you can use. You get answers, not just data.

Vs. traditional agencies

One warehouse instead of siloed reports.

They hand you siloed reports and call it done. We pull everything into one warehouse so you can actually see how channels work together. No more stitching numbers by hand.

How a $30M services firm stopped arguing about attribution.

A professional services firm was burning hours on manual reporting. Web analytics, email, and CRM data never matched. The CMO couldn't prove multi-channel ROI. The ops lead spent fifteen hours a week copy-pasting into spreadsheets and still nobody trusted the numbers.

We unified their web analytics, email automation, and website form data into a single warehouse with a multi-touch attribution model that credits the whole funnel instead of just the last click. Executive dashboards replaced their CSV workflow. No more guesswork.

The ops lead stopped defending the numbers and started using them. Budgets got protected and they got their week back.

Weekly reporting time 0 hrs from 15 hrs
Data sources 1 warehouse from 3 silos
Multi-channel ROI Proven from hidden

A note from the founder

I spent four years in Marketing Operations doing manual CSV gymnastics to reconcile web analytics and CRM data for B2B companies. Every Friday I'd lose half a day to copy-paste. Every quarter I'd defend budgets with numbers nobody trusted.

I got tired of it. The marketing ops side understood the pain, but nobody on the data side understood the problem. So I went and learned the data engineering myself: the extraction pipelines, the warehouse modeling, the dimensional design, the transformation logic. I spent time building similar pipelines and working in that capacity specifically because of this kind of problem.

That's the gap Link&Impulse fills. Standard data engineers don't understand B2B marketing (they don't know what an MQL is), and traditional agencies just build dashboards on top of bad data. I do both: the architecture and the build. Something that runs itself, lives entirely in your repo, and turns marketing data into numbers people can actually trust.

Link&Impulse is the firm I wish I could have hired in 2019.

Common questions

The things you were about to ask.

Why not just hire an internal data engineer?

A standard data engineer is excellent at moving and structuring data, but they often lack the marketing operations context. They might not know what an MQL is or why campaign data needs to map cleanly to revenue. We combine deep data engineering with years of hands-on marketing ops experience, so we build systems that reflect your business, not just your tech stack.

Our CRM data is too messy for this.

That is exactly why you need a warehouse. A data warehouse isn't meant to mirror your messy CRM. It's an analytical layer built on top of it. We standardize, deduplicate, and model your data so the warehouse is pristine, even when the CRM isn't. The messiness of your CRM is a symptom of the problem we solve, not a barrier to it.

How fast can you deploy?

The Audit takes one to two weeks. The Build ships in three to four weeks from kickoff. You'll get an exact timeline in the architecture blueprint before you commit to anything. No surprises later.

We just use our CRM's native reporting.

Native reporting is powerful for the data inside one platform. But modern B2B marketing happens across dozens of touchpoints: your website, your ads, your email, your webinars, and your sales calls. Native tools can't do cross-platform, multi-touch attribution at scale. A warehouse unifies all of it into the full picture.

What does 'you own the deliverables' actually mean?

Every pipeline, transformation, and model lives in your repository, your database, and your infrastructure. You own every deliverable we build. Cancel tomorrow and your data keeps flowing. We are intentionally built so that our value compounds, not so we become a dependency.
