Overview
Link & Impulse measures what marketing costs per signed case, through two services taken in order: the Tracking Fix and the Monthly Report. These terms describe the relationship between you (the client) and us (Link & Impulse) when you engage any of our services.
The services
The Tracking Fix sets up your website, phones, ad accounts and case management system so that each intake records where it came from, and so your ad accounts count real intakes as conversions. The Monthly Report reads from your ad accounts, call tracking and case management system into a dedicated database of your own, which we host and manage for you, and each month reports cost per signed case by channel, what the ad platforms counted against the intakes and signed cases in your case management system, missed calls, tracking health and one recommendation, with a quarterly write-up every third month. Each engagement is scoped in writing before any work begins.
Ownership
Your data belongs to you. It lives in a dedicated database that we host and manage during the engagement; when the engagement ends, we transfer that database to you with its full history. The pipeline that fills it is our software: it is not transferred or licensed to you, and it stops running when the engagement ends. Reports we deliver to you are yours to keep. We do not retain copies of your data afterwards unless you ask us to. Open-source libraries and third-party tools we use remain under their original licenses.
Fees and payment
The Tracking Fix has a fixed price, paid at the start. The Monthly Report is billed monthly at a price agreed in writing before it starts, and may be cancelled with the notice period described in your agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Access and credentials
During an engagement we may need access to your marketing platforms and data sources. You are responsible for providing that access and for revoking it when an engagement ends. For the Tracking Fix this includes write access, limited to the changes listed in its written scope, which we give up at handover. We will not access systems you have not authorised in writing.
No guarantee of outcomes
Data infrastructure depends on the quality of the sources you provide, the stability of the platforms involved, and factors outside our control. We deliver the architecture and pipelines described in our scope, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue figures, conversion rates, or marketing performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost data, arising from the services we provide.
Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us, including data sources, business metrics, and infrastructure details, as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Engagements already in progress continue under the terms agreed at the start of the engagement.
